I'll run you through the first question (a):
Consider the left side of the current-carrying wire (not the loop): it is increasingly producing magnetic flux into the page. The loop of wire would want to oppose this change in magnetic flux per Lenz's Law by producing magnetic flux out of the page. Hence, the induced current is in an anti-clockwise direction.
