A while back I received an email saying I got on the reserve list for the merit scholarships. Have all of them already been given out, meaning its impossible to get any anymore?

not yet, still have chance after main round offer release, good luck.

Nah they'll get finalised after offers, you *may* still get one if say some kid that has gotten it turns it down for a course at another uni (which a few normally do, it just depends how high you are on this reserve list).

Also I know quite a few .95'ers who would have to decline it for the outstanding students scholarship.

Yes, and then it shuffles up because some entries-->merit and some waiting list-->entry.
