When applying for a uni transfer you don't need to provide any documentation do you? I don't see the option to upload any documents on the application website. The only info I provided was the uni/course I'm enrolled into and my uni student number. This is sufficient information for other uni's to review my grades, right?

Yep, no extra documentation required. Though once enrolled and and you're looking to apply for credit from previous studies, you'll need to provide a copy of your transcript from your previous uni.
