Preliminary HSC '14- Subjects: 2U Maths, Adv. English, Business Studies, Legal Studies,
Economics, Agriculture.

HSC '15- ATAR Goal: 90+

First day of school was all introductions, admin stuff etc.
Textbooks:
Math 2/3U - Maths in Focus 2/3U
SOR 1 - Living Religion
Physics - Jacaranda - Physics 1 (prelim)
Chem - Conquering Chem
Eco - The market economy

Looks through timetable... triple maths (2 and a half hours) on day 7...

Oh wow triple maths...must be a lot of work, but at the same time I also wish I had triple maths
Also got pretty much the same books as you did for 3U/Chem/Phys

Thank god my school didn't do oral presentations.

I only get 3 free periods a fortnight. They seem to think its better to have study periods instead

My first day started by us going to the senior area.. where we were given a motivational speech by the principle. After two hours of talking he finally let us go to our new homerooms... there I got my diary and timetable.. I have all the teachers I wanted except MX1.. where I have a teacher I had for year 9 and 10. Since I had missed my fav 2 subjects because of the speech :/ (chemestry and physics) I had recess where I discussed about our classes with my mates.. after recess I had economics with a epic teacher.. we learnt how to take notes. Next I had maths2/3 where we revised last years work... I had MX1 with the same class after lunch.. in MX1 I got some resources we were going to use through the year. The last period of the day was English.. with the best English teacher in the school .. and we soon learnt why that was because of the amount of H/W we got... :'( over all.. great day.. and a whole lot of homework... but... I guess that's a good thing :|

What did you do last night that resulted in you staying up so late? Remember to get some more sleep in the future-an adequate amount of sleeping is essential for a re-energised body and energy for prolonged concentration. Best wishes for this year
