Raw mark: 80/100
HSC mark: 95/100

I'm guessing the band 6 cut off to be around 77ish, for anyone doing the subject and is interested, because I don't think the database has included the cutoff. :)

Cut-off would have been at most 74/100.

Aligned better than all the Sciences and similar to MX1 this year.

Congrats on the awesome mark!!!

Wish my school had engineering studies offered.

ahh, the scale is linear, which means the band 6 cut-off was probably ~60...

wat

Given that the subject is not done by many people, maybe the highest raw mark was an 85-90/100.

Maybe that influenced the cut-off to be lower. Though I highly doubt the raw band 6 cut-off was below 70/100.

Thanks bro, I was under the assumption that engineering had really poor alignment, oh well ended up quite nicely!
It was also under a new syllabus and test structure, so maybe that played a role

Maybe yeah. Scaling is not as great (Similar to Business Studies scaling).

But anything 95+ is beast, and I'm sure you have set yourself up well for the upcoming years :D

Physics 2013:

Section I, Part A - Multiple Choice: 14/20

Section I, Part B: 50/55

I got full marks on the photocell 5 marker (and I did solar cell, which technically is a photocell) and full marks on the 7 marker :D

Section II:

Age of Silicon:
22/25

Raw mark: 86/100

Weighted raw mark: 86/100

Examination mark: 92/100 Woot!!!

Although in 2012 that raw mark would have gotten me a 95 :haha:

The aligned mark is the exam mark. It should be "weighted raw mark - 86/100".

To Someone who bought raw marks for all subjects undertaken (and results check)...

How much did you pay in total?? ;)
it would be (31 + 5.75) + 4 x (16 + 5.75) assuming you did 2 units of english and four 2 unit subjects

edit: of you're too lazy yo work it out, it would be $124.25 (but i don't see why this would be necessary)

I payed $55 for everything for Physics (I got my paper back too :D)

For just raw marks and results check, it is about $22 each subject, except English which is much higher.
