I emailed the organisers..

FYI:
The $240 includes all accommodation, transportation and meals except for lunch on the first day. When we buy the ticket, we'll get a survival kit which tells us a checklist of items to bring, where we are meeting for camp and everything else that is relevant. The BSOC Stall will be halfway up the main walkway and they will have their directors in dark blue polos.
