Did they make a mistake with my HECS form? (1 Viewer)

Just looked in my Sydney University email and found that they sent me a message, saying that they have yet to receive my HECS-HELP form. However, I am 100% sure that I handed mine in on enrollment day. Right now, I'm thinking they probably misplaced it or something so should I just go and complete the form again and hand it in?

I got this too! going to usyd tomorrow to take care of it.
I definitely completed mine.
