Honestly, either you two are going to actually make an effort to communicate with these two males, or you are going to have to get used to the reality that nothing is really going to end up happening. It is no good being "depressed" about something you have not bothered about doing anything yourself. You cannot sit back and wait for positive change to occur for you. Take some initiative and express the interest you have, otherwise move on.

1) find out if he/she is single

2) if said person is single befriend that person

3) develop a strong bond between you and him/her

4) when the time is right tell him or her the truth
