I would probably say significantly taller/shorter is ~15 centimetres. Maybe ~20 centimetres though. Significant makes it sound... significant.

A girl that is this much taller than me would be like 2m tall - so I'd definitely find it really weird.

nah. Done that plenty of times, and I always opt for higher heels - the taller the better .
