personally, I wouldn't be taking the risk... sure, I'd miss a flu shot... but vaccination against: Hep C, MMR, Meningococcal, etc... mate, you got fucking rocks in your head if you miss vaccinations like that...

don't be fooled... the jury IS still out on whether or not the anti vaccination case has momentum or not... but the risks to the public are far too great to put it off IMO...

But yeah, flu vaccines are for the weak, but the real eradicated diseases shouldn't be risked by not vaccinating yourself/children.
