I knew with or without me at least one of them would have attempted to drive home drunk so it was better for me just to drive. Good thing too, most of then fell asleep in the car
LOL

I don't understand getting drunk to the point where you are unable to control yourself or your bladder. Sure I have a drink or two but never to the point where I'm spewing.

I've always wondered what girls do with their dress after formal. Like when do they rewear it, especially when most buy it just for formal....

They ask for a refund from the shop they bought it from

I'm ready to wear mine again, although I hate repeating outfits, I'd do it somewhere no one has seen the dress before.

In my school, I'm pretty sure all girls in my school bought it. Some even had it up-high on their to-do list to get a formal dress when they went overseas before whichever formal was coming up.

I already had my stuff from way before formal. Made stuff easy as all I had to do was put all the clothes on the day. The stuff was not originally intended for the formal specifically, but was just my clip of my formal wardrobe bullets.

$231 for dress, $80 for shoes.

No kidding I go to a private school, I *really* did not spend much compared to some other people I know. I mean, I didn't hire a limousine, for one xD

Tbh all the people that hired stuff were the popular ones so they had a "standard" to keep but other than that it was an enjoyable night

Again tbh; you should enjoy the time left with your high school friends. I knew after that evening it would be highly unlikely that we would every meet up again because of well life. I havent seen then since that evening and keep in mind thesd were people I hanged out with every recess/lunch.

Then we got smashed. Unfortunately I didn't drink because I drove everyone home
If you're with your friends then it will be enjoyable, but I really don't think that spending so much money on just one night is worth it. I personally did NOTHING for my Year 6 formal, whereas girls went all out and bought dresses worth like $100 and above, got their hair and makeup done professionally and bought matching shoes and a purse/clutch which was also like $50 and above.

Wait till you get to uni (if you're going). People blow more than that in one night. When I went to the star will a few friends they were ready to gamble and loose hundreds and even thousands of dollars
