URGENT: Prosecutor of Baden-Clay (1 Viewer)

Hi there!

I'm writing a legal report on the Baden-Clay trial at the moment and I have one source telling me the prosecutor was Todd Fuller and another telling me Danny Boyle. Which one is it? Or is it both?

Please let me know asap as the report really needs to be finished tomorrow at the latest!

if this is for legal studies; you don't need that much detail/depth. you can just say ".... the prosecutor of the X case argued....." or "... In the case of R v X, the point was made that......" etc etc

I thought naming the prosecutor would give me an edge over other people's assessments?

nah not at all. When I mark essays, if a student wrote the prosecutor name, I would give them no more marks than someone who just wrote what I wrote above.

I mean it looks nice and all but in the end I made up a lot if cases and it doesn't really matter

not even the authors mention the prosecutors name

After a quick Google search, the Crown prosecutor is Todd Fuller and the Prosecutor is Danny Boyle. Not sure how it works, maybe they were tag-team?
