Do assessment marks really affect your atar? My marks were SHOCKING for most of my subjects

Economics- 53% dropped from 90s
Legal Studies- 50% - dropped from 80s
SOR2- 70%
Business Studies-72%
Maths (general)--> pains me to even type it.
English standard 50%

I was away most of the year; not cause I was lazy or cbf with school but had major health issues that made it almost impossible for me to be in class 24/7. I'm totally shitting bricks-- is it possible to attain an atar in the 80s with these marks?
