You do the one you find most interesting that is available to yourself in a convenient manner (that is, don't do one that the class doesn't do by yourself or something if the class gets really good resources or something).

Tbh, I had the option to pick of any of them (since we didn't do much in class) and I picked AoS, which was an absolute cracker of an option.

Would not recommend though if you aren't interested in electronics.

and don't do astro, if you didn't like cosmic engine. not the same, but similar foundations.

also, if you didn't pay attention to cosmic, better off doing another option...

Quanta to Quarks is the most popular then medical physics. Doing astro and it is the most boring thing in physics.

Personally cant decide between quanta-quarks or med phys. quanta - quarks is very interesting or atleast from what I heard. Med phys is pain sometimes when they get picky on the long responses yeh bc I had like ~73/75 for my core in trials but got like 14 in Med phys (but turns out they missed a whole page of long reponses)

hahaha it looks like I have to, considering my chem wont turn out as strong bc of school prac which were worth almost as much as our trials and my english is just above rock bottom.

Personally, the interesting ones are Q2Q, Med Phys and Age of Silicon.

Astrophysics is my favourite branch of physics, but the HSC course is craptacular imo.

Thanks for the responses but is is true that option topics are 'scaled'???
also which one's the easiest? Q2Q or astro??
btw this might be stupid but what is electronics?? like electricity??

yes a little bit. Pretty insignificant in the end maybe 1 or 2 marks at the most

I like Q2Q better cos more interesting

dats cute. It's like iPods, computers, and I think in general terms like microprocessors and all that. not sure in which context you're asking in

Yes options are scaled but it's a small change.

which one usually does cos I'm scared that it will cost me a few marks and potentially fall into band 5 ??
Well from your other threads, you're planning to get a 99+ atar so getting band 5's would mean gg

But doesnt matter at all but if you want the best marks then do all the options

cos i suck at physics and my mom's making me do it.. anyways it probs won't go towards my atar cos i will be doing 12+ units..
