So do we only get ONE offer from each round or do we get one offer per institution from each round?

Let's say my preference is like this;

1st: courseA UNSW cut-off 92
2nd: courseB UNSW cut-off 85
3rd: courseC Macquarie uni cut-off96
4th: courseD Sydney uni cut-off 95
5th: courseE sydney uni cut-off 90

If i chose like above and if i got ATAR 97, then do i get offer from only courseA at UNSW?
Or is it one offer per institution in order of preference (like i got offer for courseA at UNSW, courseC at macquarie and courseD at sydney)?
