raw 77 -> 91 hsc mark ???? (1 Viewer)

so i was reading some of past threads from 2013 hsc people and i've seen one of the guy's raw mark for 2U
he got 77/100 raw which aligned to 91 hsc mark
so this means last year's 2U band 6 cut-off was around 76??
I mean getting above 76 is fairly easy isnt it?

yeh i understand. i totally fucked up my trial(Independent paper) due to lots of silly mistakes
but i still managed to get around 76 and i was aiming for 85 raw for 2U in hsc caz i thought 2U b6 cut-off would be around 85
i was quite shocked that it was as low as 76

silly mistakes plus last year's 2u paper was harddddd

well like it wasn't hard but it didn't get 'progressively harder' as most papers do and then that would throw people off easily by the second last question

aligning varies from year to year, aim for 80-something raw to be safe

2013 paper was very difficult, and thats why many people didnt get the marks and thats why the cut off was very low

Yeah as people said it depends on the difficulty of the paper.

I have doing Past Paper lately and I have realised that the question in the beginning are basically easy if you ur formula properly you are all set.

Just the last questions I am a bit worried. But hopefully if i do the question from the start well I should be able to get a good mark.
