I don't remember them permanent banning since they need the money from you so they only rarely give out permanent bans. I've been caught botting a lot of times all they did was stat roll me and clean my bank. But I made it all back by botting

They do perma ban, used to always be temporary ban first and then perma if you didnt listen after 1-2 temp bans. Nowadays it's usually either perma ban or nothing. They also did roll back stats for abit but realised that got them nowhere to solve the problem.
