I unfortunately use an external monitor. So the brightness on the macbook is 0. But theres more excessive workload on the graphics for the external monitor. But this workload is static and cannot be altered to change consumption/energyturn down your brightness, light causes heat.

Dark Mode is now enabled.
Just go to apple menu > System Preferences > General
There is now 2 options for "Theme": Light and Dark. Light is the default which everyone is used to already. But the Dark one is new.
