It really depends on what this year's cutoff turns out to be. Treat EAS as a job application unless you got 99 atar.

At least 6-7 of my mates also got into UTS law with 87 + atar. UTS is so generous with EAS.

There are uts business students I've met with atars in the 70s

Moral of the story is everyone gets into uts business
