Previous CAFS IRP "Plans" (1 Viewer)

I've just started my CAFS IRP (I'm feeling we got ours really early compared to everyone else).

I don't know if I am on the right track with my project plan. My teacher is really bad at explaining as well - so does any past CAFS students have a copy of their plan?

I thought that I had mine somewhere but alas I think my teacher may have taken it as an exemplar.
