Because there would be 4U students who have to sit 3U exams but don't have to sit 2U exams. How are there more people doing maths extension 1 than Mathematics? I swear thats not possible
Probably looking at 94 to 96.These are only estimates of my school ranks (albeit fairly accurate):
Eng Adv: ~120/167 (disgusting, yea I know :L)
Mathematics: 57/113 (known)
Mx1: 87/118 (known)
Chem: ~2 /98
Bio: ~10/49
Phys ~40/95
School rank: ~15
Thanks for the advice! Is there anyway to quantify like the impact of doing these things on your marks? Like did you start to achieve A's more often etc?Try bring up at least mathematics. Your mx1 cohort would probably be strong.
And yes unfortunately bringing english up must occur for a significant increase in your atar. If ypu can bring up english to like top 70 along with an increase in maths/ phys then your estimate would be ~ 98
For english look at sample responses, and their ideas and develop your own. Know what the purpose of the module is in the rubric. Oh and if you have shit vocab lyk me then thesaurus is your best friend.
Prefer not to say atmwhat school?
Luckily I had really good english teachers in year 9 and 10 who went through how to write good essays etc. So yeah it did help me get in the A range. Especially since I naturally suck at english and got band 2 in Naplan reading lol. So hsc english is definitely much easier to do well in.Thanks for the advice! And what the ranks be looking like if I were to obtain 98+?
What do you think would be required to get a low 99?This will defs get you in the 98-99 range since your school rank is really good.
No worriesWhat do you think would be required to get a low 99?
P.S. thanks for all the advice![]()
