What volume of 0.250 mol/L sodium hydroxide would be required to completely react with 25.0 mL of a solution of citric acid that has pH = 2? (3 marks)

Just from a past school trial, my answer didn't match up with the solutions, not sure why.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks :)
