My school is usually ranked 70-120, and there this one science teaching spot that I swear is cursed, whoever gets it always turns out to be a shitty teacher- for example, she skimmed through the whole first topic of prelim Chem and made her class essentially learn everything themselves.

Imo: Although good teachers do help students, it's up to the student if they want to do anything or procrastinate instead.

It is in terms of content and extent to which each topic goes to. However, it's quite manageable in workload as long you pay attention in class and then attempt all homework. Honestly, it's just like extension 1 in terms of if you don't keep up with the work, your going to fall really behind and struggle heaps.
A good indication is if you really like maths and also if you are proficient at 3u, in terms of your marks, rankings etc.

I think enjoyment is actually more important than your 3U math rank (unless your like bottom 10 lol)

Nope. Quite content with 3U. Maths isn't my strongest subject.

I'm decent at maths, 2U is definitely easy, 3U is much more challenging, I'm not a 90%-in-every-exam 3U student.
I'm good at all of my subjects, maths being a slightly weaker one Alongside with Physics
However, my good points are in English Adv/Ext 1, Business Studies and Economics.

possibly picking up ext jap depending on my jap cont results, it gives me a reason to watch anime when im suppose to work :")
