I don't know where else to put this, so I'm just gonna ask this here.

Has anyone (graduates) applied for EAS financial hardship? How many points would you expect to get from it?

I think you can usually get about 2-3 for that (according to one of my previous teachers)
But then again some unis are more generous with certain courses than others; one of my friends got about 7 points for the UTS business course just for being in a disadvantaged school, while some other courses don't accept EAS at all

But yeh, you never find out how many EAS points you actually receive. When results come out, u get your atar and then u find out whether u got into ur course or not. they don't tell u the exact number of EAS points they give to u

Normally 3 for unsw, varies depending on the uni. UTS was 10 for my school which was in the sO1A category

Counts towards uni admission but not your ATAR, your ATAR doesn't change
