My test in tmrw 2pm.. How much sleep should i get and when should i wake up.. Is 10pm to 10am too much sleep
How should i manage exam pressure.. I literally cant do as well as i would at home than in an exam.. Like srsly..
Should i go for a walk in the morning to kinda wake up my brain?

If you sleep from 10PM to 10PM, you will miss your exam haha. As for managing exam pressure before the exam, try doing light study 1-2 hours before the actual exam to ensure that your brain works at maximum efficiency during the exam. For the walk, I am unsure because I haven't tried it yet.

light study should consist of something like some multiple choice questions, nothing that needs you to think too much, but will put you in the exam mood
