...It's B isn't it? It's the only one that increased it's market share (their market share / total market share).

...yes?

For B, 2014 = 0.167, 2015 = 0.2, therefore has increased.

EDIT: And for C, 2014 = 0.25, 2015 = 0.23, therefore has decreased, so how is it C?

I never learnt how to calculate. I just saw that their program viewers increased by 50k and their views increased by 300k, which was the most out of all the groups...?

Yes but you can't just use their program viewers, you gotta consider the total viewers as well. You have to make them fractions/ratios.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but that was just my understanding of the question, could be wrong, but cannot see how at this point.

Don't worry, it was one of those weird questions where they get you to use more common sense / math skills than content knowledge. There's tonnes of those in multimedia and they're annoying because they are really hard to prepare for.

I actually saw a question similar to this in a trial paper or something the other day. Couldn't work it out though lol. Lucky I managed to in the exam.

If you're wrong, don't sweat. All teachers say even the best students stuff up at least a few questions in MC.

Yeah flop and nerd its definitely B

All you have to do with these questions is to think back to the definition of market share which generally your share of the market for that industry (in its most simplistic form)

So you basically calculate the fractions/percentages and see which one increases
