You'll get used to real fast, and don't worry, getting the food out of the brace seems hard now but it'll become second nature.
Also, your teeth are bound to turn yellow, so make sure you go for regular cleaning.

You would think so but surprisingly it doesnt. (For me)
Not gonna go into details, but the braces don't actually disrupt the lip action
