Sub in h=60 and then solve for t
Do you know how to solve quadratic equations?

Also for future reference, questions like this would be better off posted in the maths section

Let h = 60

60 = 40t - 5t^2
5t^2-40t + 60 = 0
t = 2 or 6 seconds

For part b, let h = 80 and do the same thing
