Hello,
Am a late admission in yr 11 (3 months late) and am trying to cope up with my studies. I want to join classes(tutorials) for Maths extension 1 and English extension 1 and I want to get an ATAR of 95 or plus. So please give me suggestions as I am new to Australia and I dont know much about the structure or system of education. Please do tell me the importance of tutorials here, what are its pros and cons, how does the exam pattern works in Australia and how should I study to score good marks.

Please reply asap and tell me some extra information that i should know (if any).

thank you

Where are you located?

Do you want one on one?

How much are you willing to pay?

Infinite Knowledge is really good - they tailor classes and tutors to your personal needs to maximise personal learning and they also specialise in small classroom learning so I think you'll fit in quite well

I'm in melbourne, so i'm doing VCE, and i'm finding maths methods a difficult subject, and I have tuition, but I just sometimes struggle to grasp the concepts.

Maths - questions are the best way to study :) keep doing them! Make sure you know your fundamentals before you go on with hard questions.

Best questions are from past papers

Tell your tutor to give you weekly quizzes

Make a notebook of past questions you got wrong and do them until you perfect it :)
GOOD LUCK!!!!
