What's the most accurate ATAR Calculator?

No such thing. ATAR Calculators use data from previous years and since scaling is carried out afresh each and every year, the estimate from a calculator will be completely mutually exclusive from your year. The most accurate is patience. It's only a couple of days.

I think the marks for all subjects are really pushed down for everything. Either that or my cohort did poorly.

I wish my 4 unit mark was a bit better. It tied with my SDD mark despite the fact that I spent wayyy more time on 4 unit than SDD. But if my internal mark was 95 then I probably did about the best I could.
