It all depends on where you live and whether you are willing to travel I guess. I know that in regard to physiotherapy, WSU has a very good track record with a number of successful graduates over recent years: https: //www.miragenews.com/recognising-academic-excellence/

Thank you. How would you explain that ATAR for WSU decreased from 95 to 90 this year?

Cut-offs change from year to year because they are determined by three factors which can’t be predicted:
  1. The number of places available in the course;
  2. The number of applicants listing the course as a preference;
  3. The ATARs of those applicants.

Also note that WSU has changed their 'bonus points' schemes over the years - back in the day, physio was 99.95 iirc, but most people would be able to nab 10 bonus points, artificially inflating the selection rank. With a lowered cut-off, I'd assume that physio is excluded from most of the bonus points schemes other than EAS.
