Raw mark needed for a 99 atar (1 Viewer)

Just wondering what raw mark in hsc should i be roughly aiming for each of the following subject if I want a 99 atar.

4u math
2u english
phys
chem
legal studies

probs around 85 for math, phys, chem, dk about English and legal.
edit: 85 for maths in other years considering ppl found this years paper easier.

If we are going to be realistic a band 5 or 6 so that would be 80 +

I know that legal scales pretty low so you have to achieve high marks.

Uhh that's very inaccurate.

You would need at least 90's for everything unless you get like high 90s for 1 subject which could compensate for a mid to high 80s for another subject.

wait is it actually that high? i thought u just needed like 93-94 in all ur subjects.

85s Raw is probably enough after alignment.
problem is you should expect less external marks than what u expect as a raw mark because external markers mark differently to your teachers and are paid per paper (meaning they likely ignore carry through and stop marking a question earlier into it if it seems wrong.).

Your agg UAC score needs to be ~478.9, meaning an avg. score of ~95% (45/50 - for Ext subjects). Now just take into account the scaling for all of your subjects to get a better idea for individual subjects. View attachment 29360

Raw mark to aligned (what NESA messages you). You’re inputting From aligned to scaled (What UAC uses to calculate atar) Into atar calculators.
