I never get just a trim.

I usually get wash, cut and blowdry, which is $65 at my hairdresser

i think cut is cutting ur hair in a new style/re-styling. Whereas a trim is taking an inch off what you already have. Trims are for people who already want their current hair style but wanna get rid of split ends and have healthy hair.
