I suspect because, for this question, the answer is found in the opening sentence and the rest of the details aren’t all that relevant so they didn’t bother being rigorous as it would have no effect on the outcome. I’m not condoning the lack of uniform rigour in question setting - just offering a possible suggestion since you asked.Yea I thought the same. But why haven’t they done it for this question.
