Hi,
If i'm beating someone by a very close 0.2 decimal in internals, will we both tie or nah? Also, if we both tie, does that mean we each get our own internal mark?

No, I don't think so
For one of my subjects, the person ranked second was close to beating me by about 0.05 marks, but they're not tied with me

You will always get your own external mark. Moderating has no influence on that at all.

i think it depends on how ur school teacher submits the score.

i feel like there's been instances where teacher just ceebs to write dp.
