It's hard to tell for sure (would be good if you had your marks as well), but I'd guess around a low 90s, given you look set for a Band 6 in Maths Standard and Biology (on the cuff). Business and PDHPE aren't too far from Band 6, so hopefully getting these ranks up a bit for externals can boost your ATAR even more.
