yeah I have a general understanding of it. the thing that really screws me up is the accomodation of the eye like how the suspensory ligaments and ciliary muscles slacken or tighten accordingly can't remember it no matter what atm

I just think of it this way

since it’s far away you don’t have to strain your eyes thus your lens relaxes ie flattens

vice versa

but obvi you word it differently
