I would say low 90s about 90 to 92ish based on the information given. Its better to focus now on the externals btw than ponder about estimates! Good luck....

really? my English maths and History are mediocre tho

You’ll probably still get an HSC mark of 85 with those rankings for Maths and English, more if you do really well in the external exams.
