from my knowledge, the only ones with answers are CSSA or NEAP - i can't remember which, it may be both?

but usually, short answers don't come with sample responses, just marking criteria!

Back in September I stumbled across Fort Street 2022 P1 which was the most useful english past paper I had ever seen. It had a specific marking criteria, advice, feedback on better responses and sample answer for each question.

I’ve found fort street past papers to be really good in general (including other subjects), they include very in depth feedback and specific marking criteria
