for papers in general, go-to places to check are thsc and acehsc. unfortunately for prelims it's a bit harder to find papers, but I just checked and there's like ten or so on thsc... https://thsconline.github.io/s/yr11/Biology/

Most on thsc are from the old syllabus (new syllabus for prelim started in 2018), but your teacher will probably have some commercial papers if you ask them
