Do you guys think that Maths Advanced Calculus is equivalent to Calculus 1 in College?

No, calculus 1 seems more advance. However it does not cover differential equations. I would recommend you refer to Terry Lee.

Not at all, US Calculus (whether it is AP Calc AB/BC or College maths) has a much greater focus on limits, which other than differentiation by first principles isn't touched in Advanced (we don't even do basic evaluation limits, let alone l'hopitals rule, and the current syllabus for adv doesn't make you look at things such as lim_(x->0) sinx/x which of course is l'hopitas basis) and some of the "harder" integration/differentiation (U-sub, Implicit Differentiation, Integration by Parts for eg) is not touched on in HSC Adv and, in the case of implicit differentiation, very rarely in 3u/4u. Imo, Adv math is assuredly easier than US AP Calc AB/BC and behind first year college courses.
