u can link effectiveness to different areas, eg for mod 6 say the question is "evaluate the effectiveness of the impact genetic technologies on the gene pool of a population" , then u start with ur judgement, list ur criteria, and the different areas would be: social (advantages, judgement, disadvantages, judgement), medical (adv, judgement, disadv, judge), agricultural/economic (etc etc)
