I just looked at the Eredivisie table (where he coaches now), and Ajax are killing it over there. 13 games and only 2 goals conceded, where the next best is 13 conceded. Must be a great coach to get stats like that.
bro legit, ajax are extremely underrated this year.

idk if its the jerseys or the management or whatever but fucking hell

topping eredivisie and their UCL group with Haller topping the goalscoring list

Speaking of upsets, Tottenham may not even qualify from their Europa Conference group, losing to Mura.

True ... it's pretty sad how 3 seasons ago, they were in the Champions League final and now, they're struggling to qualify from their group. Even guys like Kane have been awful in the league, like it doesn't mean anything to score against San Marino and Albania.

Trying to revive the chat, but how good is it that the Premier League have squeezed more frequent games through this month and January? I can't be asked having to go through 2 week international breaks which just ruin the flow for every team?

Yh, true, had so many moments. The first Arsenal goal (which the Man United were complaining about, but is a legitimate goal; I believe they only stop games for head injuries and it was De Gea's own player, Fred, who had stepped on him, so not Arsenal's fault), a penalty which could have gone to Arsenal (I believe Maguire pulling back an Arsenal defender). Definitely a much more entertaining game than I thought, and in hindsight, a good way for Carrick to leave Man United. There is definitely a strong chance of United getting the 4th place (honestly, any of the top 3 could win the league; there's only a point separating each of them), but there are teams like Arsenal and West Ham, which I reckon will make up the Europa spots.

Yh, for his standards anyway, he played well. Surely with the new manager, he sees something in Donny and gives him full games, instead of 5 minutes during injury time every game like Ole.

To be honest, the group stage games in UCL aren't really that fun to watch. It's only the knockout games which will be far better to watch (4 Premier League teams, Bayern, PSG, Juventus, etc). Honestly though, I see another all English final (Liverpool, City or Chelsea); they just have far too much quality compared to the other teams. Bayern also have a strong chance; I would have said PSG, but they just have individual talents and suffer too many injuries. Like on paper, they probably have the strongest team player for player, but can't get their star players to perform, like Salah and Ronaldo have been able to.

Man United is in the mud without some key players (Shaw, Varane, maybe Amrabat) + Richarlison turned up last night. What a player
