Does anyone mind writing out the working out for these 2 questions? I’ve tried them multiple times but can’t seem to get the right answer and i’m really stuck on how to do them. Any help is appreciated, it won’t take long for those who know how to do it. Thank you so much!!39CF02BF-478D-4705-8131-CC8AC4345845.jpeg66853111-1BBC-466B-80A8-331EE6AAC7F6.jpeg

I read questions 14 and 15 very well. I am not that confident but my answers are;

Q24. 1/12 (only way you can pick up $20 is picking two $10, so 3 cards out of 9 cards multiply by 2 cards out of Eight cards left

I read Q14 now. 9 seeds?
0.333333.... is the probability when I plant 3 seeds, so 9 seeds. if i plant 8, it might be bit less than 0.9

N/A
the written w/o is:
P(A and B)=3/9 x 2/8 + 2/9 x 3/8 x 2 = 1/4
P(B) = P(at least one $10)
=1-P(no $10)
=1-(6/9 x 5/8)
=7/12

P(A|B)= 1/4/7/12=3/7

w/o don’t make sense to me tbh
huhhh? what textbook is this it might be cause of that
