guys im having a midlife crisis right now all bcs of maths
at my school we use the fitzgerald textbook. its fine, the questions are ez. i understand the content and can do all the questions and get them right. our class average is always low on our exams tho because they're way harder.
my tutor gets me to do homework from the cambridge textbook. i literally cannot do anything past the foundations section i can't even do the fundamental section. WTH do i do?? how do i get the ability to do past that section? is cambridge just significantly harder than what we're meant to know for HSC?

Oh damn I mean chem-bio and chem-Physics are the most popular duo tho; dont think anyone would choose bio and physics together unless they r doing all 3 sciences but thats unfortunate for those who wanted to do all 3

the standard textbook in my school is cambridge, i'm not sure if it's common knowledge for HSC? good idea though is to definitely clarify with your tutor/teacher about questions/concepts you're unsure of!! don't be scared if you can't do past foundations, it's kind of like an extended application of it to really test/strengthen your knowledge

yeah i have no clue why we switched to fitzgerald because it's so much more basic than cambridge. our school used to be cambridge until we switched this year. would you say it's common to face difficulties beyond the foundations section? like i just don't get the questions, what they are asking for
