Hey everyone! I'll keep it short, but essentially I am offering specialised economics tutoring for students in the Class of 2024 and 2025. With HSC assessments so close (within 2-3 weeks for some), I understand the pressure and anxiety because I was in that position a year ago. Here's a little about me:

Rank 1 in HSC and Preliminary Economics at a Top 10 Selective High School

Achieved an overall school course mark of 98/100

Scored 100% in Assessment Task 1 (China Essay + Shorts), Assessment Task 2 (Topic 2) and Assessment Task 3 (Topic 3 and 2)

Scored 95% in Trials

Awarded the University of Sydney Business School award for Outstanding Achievement in Economics

What I offer:

20/20 personal exam written and pre-prepared essay responses for EACH syllabus dotpoint

20/20 essays from other selective school students including state-rank responses

Extensive study notes and personal responses to short answer questions from various trial papers.

Personal tips and tricks to master Economics essay writing. I achieved 100/100 for all essay components across Year 12.

hi hubin, I was interested in eco tutoring as someone graduating in the class of 2024, just wondering what uni you are at, what you are studying, and what year you graduated

Hey, thanks for asking! I actually finished my HSC earlier this month so not in university currently. As for what I want to do, it's still in the air right now, but would be interested in economics/law at UNSW/USYD potentially, or Medicine.

cool! are you flexible with timings and everything, wanted to start tutoring but how do you structure your lessons? do you go through content and explain...how does it work?

Hi Spacecats! Thanks for the question. I am still offering Economics tutoring - as for how I structure current lessons, I like to use booklets that I have created. These ensure that I get through all the content necessary, in an engaging and informative way. I include diagrams, real-life examples, excerpts from my own essays. I'm free to tutor online, but I am also open to meeting in person subject to location - private dm for that arrangement! So yes, I do go through content, and explain how I would approach questions so that you can do your best with no regrets I am offering unlimited essay-marking and tutorials for questions right now. Currently, essay feedback is complementary with the price and I am open to tutor english advanced. What texts did you do? I did Nineteen Eighteen Four (common mod), Plath and Hughes (Mod A), King Henry IV (Mod B) and Geraldine Brooks + Nam Le love and honor for Mod C

Oh and as for pricing, I am only asking for $60/hr with the option of $40/hr 2-4 group tutoring. Lmk if any other questions

* if curious, i scored an ATAR of 99.70, with a 97 in Economics (SR equivalent) --> For english i got a 94 external mark and chem i got 95 (open to tutoring either of these as well)
