I still dont get to this day how im suppose to study for students learn about and learn to. I read other threads and economics syllabus looks like you can use learn to as questions. But my subjects pdhpe and ipt is all about understand and apply.. how to write notes for that?? thank you.

So you can use the syllabus. I am not sure what your question is? e.g.:

describe the impact on participants in
decision support systems when some of
their decision-making is automated and
recommend measures to reduce
negative impacts

I got this from NESA. I think that IPT is more project based then other subjects. However there is still an element of writing. I think it would be good to refer to your textbook to create notes. Using the students learn to section will give you precise idea of what you need to be able to do.

e.g.
select and recommend situations where
decision support systems could be used

A key point to consider is how you are going to respond to each dot point. What examples are you going to give. If you are asked an essay question how do you plan on structuring your essay?

Question: compare how Australia and ONE other economy deal with environmental sustainability

For pdhpe, I basically made sure that I was able to at least sketch in terms of learn to based on my notes tbh and I added as much examples or link w popular government programs. ********* is helpful imo and I cross referenced as many notes I found on acehsc

I recommend using the dot points from the 'learn about' section word-for-word as subheadings for your notes. The 'learn to' section makes good questions as you said (particularly as essay questions in economics), and it's also a good way to check your revision by skimming over them and asking yourself if you are able to answer them.
