Hey, hope everyone's had a great evening,
As some may know, interview requests are slowly coming out to some students in regards to the HAST test that happened a month ago, i just wanted to clarify if students from senior HAST are getting the results and interviews first, and then the younger grades after, or no? if anyone has done the test in the past and could share when and how they got their results or interview offers from any year, but i'm in year 7 if anyone could try help.

iic im pretty sure they do prioritise older gradesbut dont take my word for it i rememebr reading a thread that mentioned it

have gotten back acceptance emails back?

I did HAST back in 2022 and got my results and then the interview offer in early september and then I got my placement offer a couple of weeks later^^ Honestly applying in junior grades is a lot harder since (usually) the only spots available for you are if students from that school leave and free up places Your best chance is to apply in year 10 when they open up ~20 spots per school. I did HAST back in 2022 and got my results and then the interview offer in early september and then I got my placement offer a couple of weeks later^^ Honestly applying in junior grades is a lot harder since (usually) the only spots available for you are if students from that school leave and free up places Your best chance is to apply in year 10 when they open up ~20 spots per school. U mean for year 10? Cause they never open new spots for senior years. Pretty sure it’s always going into year 10 they do

No I meant applying in year 10 for year 11. A lot of schools actually open up spots for year 11, maybe not jr or baulko tho.
