the answer doesn't square to 23000, and they're not small enough to make 23000. Seems wrong

If you do remove the last digit for both they are closer to 23000 N but not quite (23522.8405, still off)

Yeah i got
20401N west and 10620N north
not sure if they expect and significant figures or anything for the west value (but idk bc the textbook has no info cuz I have to self-study it and google won't tell me anything, and every time I check the answers and my working out's fine, they round it to some value which I didn't round to :rolleyes:)

oh yeah in physics we round to whatever sig fig the question was in --> you write a bit of the answer like 20401.24..., then the rounded answer js so the marker knows.
However yes i probably should've specified the sigfig (to 5sigfig or wtv)

(also you do physics in yr 10 :0? )
