I think that sounds wise advice . Parents are often keen for their children to find a job so if they said that to you I would suggest they made a sensible decision in advising you against it

All the very best to you all in 2026 in your HSC year . The only person you have to best each assessment is yourself. Aim to get two marks higher each time but at least make sure you don’t lose ground. Eg if you get say 15 for the first one aim to get 15 or higher and make sure you believe you can achieve it .

I will be available to help anyone if required with Eng (adv/ std / ext) and or modern hist (ext) feel free to ask.
